Job Summary
We strive to provide the best events no matter if they are company holiday parties, baby showers, or business meetings. From setting up the event area to executing the event itself. We are looking for our “Jack of all Trades” who will be able to set up events and then attend the events to assist in any way needed.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the event how the client prefers and make sure that the area, chairs, and cloth material is cleaned and presentable.
- Set up tables and other equipment along with any other items that would be expected.
- Periodically check in with the client during the event to ensure there is nothing they need and removing items if necessary (water pitchers, plates, etc.).
- Set up Audio-Visual Equipment, Troubleshooting, Inventory Stocking and Rotation, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Set up tables and other equipment along with any other items that would be expected.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours.
- Attendant must be able to withstand physical requirements (ex. moving items like chairs and table).
- Must have a flexible schedule (early AM, late nights, and weekend availability).
- Presentation, honesty, and a respectable attitude are very important for this position.
