Position: Dual Area Sales Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist with all sales-related duties for groups, corporate accounts, and catering business.
- Sell, coordinate, and service meeting space for clients, ensuring their events are executed flawlessly.
- Answer telephone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, gathering sufficient information to direct calls appropriately.
- Act as a liaison between the hotel sales office, operations, and clients.
- Check hotel availability and inventory for potential group business.
- Enter new business/groups into the hotel PMS system.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts and ensure pertinent information is distributed to the necessary hotel personnel on a timely and accurate basis.
- Maintain files and sales databases according to company standards.
- Assist with preparation and execution of hotel site inspections.
- Ensure efficient communication of group and meeting needs to hotel operations staff.
- Follow-up on all special projects and assignments given by the Director of Sales and Area Sales Manager.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with Delphi.fdc/Amadeus CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel property management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with outstanding relationship-building skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate computers, phones, and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to travel locally between assigned hotel properties as business needs require.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a hotel office environment while supporting two hotel properties. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be necessary to support client events or business needs but is not the standard schedule.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $41,500.00 per year
